Program Control Analyst

Concept Solutions, LLC (CS) is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Program Control Analyst to join a team responsible for building, modernizing, and sustaining mission-critical applications for a Department of War (DoW) customer.

In this role, you will help ensure the program runs efficiently by supporting financial controls, federal contract administration, subcontractor coordination, and compliance activities. You'll work closely with program leadership, staffing partners, and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate financial records, streamline administrative processes, and support successful program delivery.

• Support program financial control activities, including milestone-based invoicing, payment tracking, and preparation of supporting documentation.
• Administer subcontractor and staffing-partner agreements, ensuring accurate documentation and coordination.
• Monitor timekeeping compliance and maintain labor reporting in accordance with applicable federal contract requirements.
• Coordinate with program leadership and internal teams to support financial and administrative processes.
• Assist with security administration, personnel onboarding, and related program documentation in coordination with the program office and Facility Security Officer (FSO).
• Maintain organized and accurate program records to support compliance and efficient program operations.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal contracts administration, program control, or Program Management Office (PMO) support.
• Experience with Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) and Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA)-compliant timekeeping practices.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for financial tracking, reporting, and data organization.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) or milestone-based payment arrangements.

Familiarity with Deltek financial or contract management systems.

Work Location and Schedule

• Location: Remote
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, with core hours of 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Eastern. The program operates in two-week sprints, with a customer demonstration each sprint.
• Travel: 0–10%, within the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
• Security Requirement: U.S. citizenship required.
• Compensation: $100,000–$120,000 base salary, depending on experience.
