Concept Solutions has donated to the Destiny Church in Naples, Florida for Hurricane Ian relief. Hurricane Ian was a large Category 4 hurricane that caused widespread damage across Florida and other parts of the southeast. Concept Solutions is pleased to help, and we wish all those affected a quick recovery.

Concept Solutions has donated to the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer (MSABC), in support of one of our teammates, for this year’s charitable walk for breast cancer research. Over the past two decades, the MSABC walks have grown into the nation’s largest and most impactful breast cancer movement. With our support, our teammate was able to reach their goal of $7,000!

Concept Solutions was honored to, once again, sponsor the Special Olympics Virginia, Area 9 with the Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity at Virginia Tech. This year the tournament took place at the Auburn Hills Golf Course in Riner, VA and raised $30,000. CS was proud to donate $5,000.

Each year, the Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity active brothers and alumni work together to put on a golf charity tournament to raise awareness and funds for the Special Olympics Virginia in Area 9, which serves the New River Valley and surrounding counties in Virginia.

Concept Solutions was pleased to work with, and support, two great organizations and we look forward to providing continued support each year.

The recent national events highlighting racial injustice and tension in our society are heartbreaking and traumatic and we are saddened that it continues even today in our country. We at Concept Solutions (CS) are deeply disturbed and our hearts are heavy. We are a nation in anguish. We owe it to the diverse people who make up our company, our customers, and our country to listen, take a stand, support and speak up with positive action.

To our Black team members and families, we recognize your pain and feelings of fatigue over the injustices you and your family members have to face each and every day. We are proud that our CS family, employees and customers, is diverse and inclusive of our Black community. Our hearts break for the resilience you have required over our country’s history. We vow to ensure CS is a place of inclusion and solace for everyone.

Systemic racism is deep-rooted in our society which keeps the most disadvantaged and underprivileged people down. A problem of that magnitude requires an equally systematic approach to creating consistent and enduring impact. CS stands united to be part of the solution to change that.  Though CS is proud of the diversity throughout our company, we can always do better.  To make the available pool of candidates in our field better reflect America’s diversity, and being a company steeped in STEM capabilities, CS will provide a donation to National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME) to increase the proportion of Black young women and men in STEM careers.  Diversity is our strength, and cultivating an environment of inclusion, teamwork, and civility is our duty.

We hope that this letter opens the line of communication so that we can address the issues and have the difficult conversations, not shy away from them.

-Concept Solutions

Concept Solutions is proud to work with the Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity at Virginia Tech to help raise over $10,000 for the Special Olympics Virginia, Area 9.  Each year, the Phi Sigma Kappa fraternity active brothers and alumni work together to put on a golf charity tournament to raise awareness and funds for the Special Olympics Virginia in Area 9, which serves the New River Valley and surrounding counties in Virginia.

Concept Solutions is proud to work with and support 2 great organizations and we look forward to providing continued support each year.

CS Runners helped raise money and awareness for charity and got to run on the Dulles Runway.  Our captain, Jason Cunha, led our team of CS employees, friends and family on the flattest, fastest course in the area. The full length portion of the runway was closed off for runners to experience a flat, fast course and a unique look at the airport grounds…something you do not get to do every day! Run past planes and along the actual landing strip on this certified looped course.

In addition to the money raised by the runners, ConceptSolutions contributed an additional donation to the Special Olympics Virginia.

All race proceeds benefit Special Olympics Virginia, the Committee for Dulles Community Outreach, and the Washington Airports Task Force, all 501c3 nonprofit organizations closely affiliated with Dulles Airport.

Each holiday season, the Concept Solutions’ employees help support local families by providing generous donations.  This year we worked with U. S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots to collect new, unwrapped toys during October, November and December.  These toys are wrapped as Christmas gifts and given to less fortunate children in the community in which the campaign is conducted. We are proud of the support our company and employees provide each year.
