ConceptSolutions has a wide range of federal contracts available to meet the specific information technology (IT) needs of government agencies and departments. These contracts include Government Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contracts, and Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) based on GSA Schedule rates. GSA 8(a) STARS
The new 8(a) Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS) GWAC is a small business set-aside contract for technology solutions. This new contract vehicle is the replacement contract for the 8(a) FAST small business contract, which expired October 31, 2004. The GSA 8(a) STARS allows directed task orders, up to $3.5 million, to be awarded to ConceptSolutions without competition, and are non-contestable by federal civilian agencies pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(5). Directed task orders of up to $3.5 million each for Department of Defense activities are compliant with Section 803 of the 2002 National Defense Authorization Act 216.505-70(b)(2). 8(a) credit can be transferred back to a client agency via Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS). The GSA 8(a) STARS has a program ceiling of $15 billion.

ENCORE II (Sub)
Encore II has an estimated value of $12.2 billion for a 10-year period. The six Encore II awards went to Booz Allen Hamilton, CACI, EDS, Lockheed Martin, Science Applications International Corp. and SRA International. ConceptSolutions is on the SRA International team. DISA intends to use the contracts to support users as the agency transitions to a major DISA program, Net-Centric Enterprise Services. Under that program, DOD is creating a department-wide Web portal providing access to knowledge databases and collaboration tools.
eFAST---Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks
With eFast, the Federal Aviation Administration entered into multiple Master Ordering Agreements (MOAs) with Small Businesses, 8(a), Women-Owned, Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB) to provide comprehensive management, engineering and technical support services. As a multi-year MOA program offering a wide array of labor categories with fixed ceiling rates, eFAST is the FAA’s preferred acquisition vehicle for fulfilling Agency Small Business goals.
