ConceptSolutions to Improve Inventory Management System for Sprint-Nextel Reston, VA - October 2005 - Sprint-Nextel has selected ConceptSolutions to expand the functionality of its Sprint-Nextel Repair Depot Tool application, a workflow tool used by service repair centers and retailers to track inventory, reporting, and various stages of repair of wireless handsets. When a handset is sent to a service repair center, retail store, or authorized service center, a service technician attempts to repair the unit. If the handset cannot be repaired in the service center and the handset is not under warranty, the handset is shipped to the Repair Depot for repair.
