ConceptSolutions Wins the GSA 8(a) STARS GWAC July 1, 2004 - ConceptSolutions, LLC, an 8(a) information technology solution provider, has been awarded the General Services Administration's Streamlined Technology Acquisition Resources for Services (STARS) contract in the following functional areas, based on ConceptSolutions past performance and pricing in these areas: FA1 - 541511, Customer Computer Programming Services; The STARS GWAC was a fully competed multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract with a $15 billion program ceiling. Tasks under this contract can be awarded to ConceptSolutions without competition if certain conditions are met. The base period of the contract award is for three years with two additional option periods of two years each. Federal Agencies utilizing this contract will also receive the procurement preference credit for 8(a). ConceptSolutions is organized to conform to Level 2 SEI-CMMI criteria and will become certified for company and software development processes by December of 2004.
