January 2003 - ConceptSolutions, LLC, a leading business intelligence provider, has begun a new initiative at Road Runner High Speed Online, a leading broadband provider, to automate the Marketing Worklow. This feature will provide Road Runner with better internal communication, management and tracking of division participation, and improve overall Marketing project management. The Marketing Workflow will directly integrate with the Campaign Management System and the Marketing Contact Management System.
