ConceptSolutions Begins Development of Telemarketing Enhancements for CMS at Road Runner.
January 2003 - ConceptSolutions, LLC, a leading business intelligence provider, has begun the next phase of its Campaign Management Systyem at Road Runner High Speed Online, a leading broadband provider. This latest enhancement will provide Road Runner with an additional closed-loop channel for its Acquisition and Retention groups. CMS currently handles Direct Mail, email, and URL marketing channels. At completion, Road Runner will be able to generate call lists from CMS and then feed in the results file after the Telemarketing campaign has completed.
CMS is a web-based application which provides a central platform for collaboration among marketing managers and executives, advertising agencies, list providers and printing and fulfillment centers. The system also provides prospect identification and segmentation, conversion tracking and customer analysis.
