In addition to providing the full scope of IT services, we also bring deep, specialized capabilities in multi-agency collaboration and in protecting our Homeland against cyber and air domain threats.
ConceptSolutions actively exercises the multi-agency collaboration for an effort to protect the Homeland on the Automatic Detection and Processing Terminal (ADAPT) project,
as the prime developer and integrator of the project, a critical advance warning system that enhances TSA and CBP’s Air Domain Surveillance capabilities. ConceptSolutions is the original team that cloned and built ADAPT in 2007, integrating up to 450 individual radar feeds and displaying up to 24,000 fused targets on a single screen, and we continue to support and enhance ADAPT to help DHS detect and vet illicit aircraft approaching US airspace. We have added numerous data feeds to the desktop system and have expanded options to access this vital information in an increasingly mobile world with a browser-based version and a mobile platform (iOS) version.
In a news release on November 5, 2007, the DHS recognized the ADAPT effort as a resource that “will provide a substantial leap forward in the department’s ability to identify and process aircraft of interest.” To learn more about ADAPT, please visit the release here.
