Campaign Management Data Warehouse

The Technology Solution: ConceptSolutions developed a data warehouse to capture television advertisements via an overnight electronic feed. These “creatives” are matched by time slot with Nielson Media Impressions and Demographic Market Areas (DMA). The ads also are matched to recorded customer calls to an 800 number listed for the ad. This data warehouse has provided efficiency ratios and call center staffing models used by advertising executives and call center managers during a variety of advertising campaigns.

Collateral and Mailing List Management

The Technology Solution: ConceptSolutions worked with a leading Internet service provider to create a marketing database to manage its mailing lists and campaign collateral materials. ConceptSolutions created a Web-based application to work with the database to enable marketing personnel throughout the country to create campaign mailing lists and select collateral to be used for the campaign. Functionality also exists to allow the customer to make modifications, where necessary, to the collateral layout. In addition, the application has direct links to print shops, which enables a complete end-to-end collateral management system.

Mailer Optimization

The Technology Solution: ConceptSolutions, in cooperation with a leading mathematician, has developed a mathematics-based process to optimize a company's direct mail process. Through the manipulation of demographics, sales, and response rate data, this mailer optimization allows companies to better target direct mailings to specific customer bases and maximize response rates.
