  • Enhanced Medical Benefits – We offer a generous healthcare plan. Eligible employees may elect to enroll in CareFirst's outstanding Blue Cross/Blue Shield Preferred Provider Option (PPO) plan. All full-time salaried employees and their dependents are eligible for coverage beginning on the first day of the month following their hire date. ConceptSolutions currently pays 70 percent of the monthly premiums for all forms of coverage (Family, Employee & Spouse, Employee & Children and Employee Only).
  • Dental, Vision & Prescription Benefits – Our all-inclusive medical plan comes bundled with exceptional dental, prescription drug and vision coverage.
  • Vision Signature Plan (VSP) – This is a voluntary, supplemental vision plan for employees who are interested in enhancing their vision benefits beyond that which is already included in our CareFirst health plan.
  • All-Inclusive Insurance Package – Full-time employees receive $50,000 life insurance coverage plus a $50,000 Accidental Death Benefit. The policy becomes effective on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. ConceptSolutions covers 100 percent of the monthly premiums for these plans.
  • Short-Term & Long-Term Disability – Full-time employees also receive long and short-term disability coverage of up to 60% of their salary, to a maximum of a $5,000 monthly benefit. ConceptSolutions covers 100 percent of the monthly premiums for these plans.
  • Dependent Life Insurance – Employees can choose from various levels of supplemental life insurance protection to cover their spouse and children, at group rates.
  • 401(K) Retirement Plan – Concept Solutions offers a tax-deferred retirement savings plan to all eligible full time and part-time employees. Eligibility begins after 90 days of employment. Employees are permitted to defer 1%-90% of their eligible compensation to their 401(k) plan, subject to the IRS annual limit. Effective 1/1/09, the Company match is 50% of the employee’s contribution up to 4% of their base salary. This match is immediately 100% vested. New hires can roll over amounts from other approved, qualified plans.
  • Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) – Full-time employees are eligible to set up tax- advantaged financial accounts through a cafeteria plan and set aside a portion of his/her earnings to pay for qualified medical and/or dependent care expenses. Money deducted from an employee's pay into an FSA is not subject to payroll taxes, resulting in payroll tax savings.
  • Health Advocate – Concept Solutions provides a special benefit to help employees and their family navigate the healthcare system and maximize their healthcare benefits. Health Advocate assists with clinical and administrative issues involving medical, hospital, dental, vision, pharmacy and other healthcare needs.
  • Education Assistance Program – ConceptSolutions offers employees up to $5,250/year for continuing education through accredited programs (college credit courses/exams, continuing education courses, certification programs and tests) that offer growth in an area related to an employee’s current position or those which may lead to promotional opportunities.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) – Full-time employees receive paid time off for vacation, sick days, medical and personal appointments, bereavement leave, family care, etc. The leave accrual rates are based on years of service with the Company.
  • Paid Company Holidays – ConceptSolutions observes all government holidays: New Years Day, Birthday of Martin Luther King, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
  • 529 College Savings Plan – This program is available to employees who wish to save for future college costs to pay for Qualified Higher Education Expenses.
  • Competitive Salaries and Annual Merit Increases – Employees receive an annual review of their job performance.
  • Credit Union – Employees are eligible to join Northwest Federal Credit Union. NWFCU offers low loan rates, high savings rates, and fewer fees than other financial institutions.
  • Referral Bonuses – We offer bonus incentives for employee referrals. The referral bonus amount varies depending on the position of the new hire.
  • Survivor Financial Counseling – Our benefits package includes a comprehensive financial counseling service for survivors and terminally-ill employees and is provided by one of the nation's premier financial counseling firms.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – This is a comprehensive work-life balance program designed to help employees manage personal and work-related problems, large and small. This service provides 24-hour access to professional advice and helps employees find solutions to everyday challenges as well as more serious issues involving their emotional, financial, and physical well-being.
  • Worldwide Emergency Travel Assistance Services – Staffed by highly-qualified professional teams, this 24-hour service is ready to assist employees with all types of medical and travel emergencies. When traveling for business or pleasure, in a foreign country, or just 100 miles from home, employees can count on getting the help they need, with everything from lost luggage to guaranteed hospital admittance.
  • Pre-Tax Commuter Benefit (Metro SmartBenefits) – This benefit is available to full-time employees who use a form of Metro public transportation to commute to and/or from work. It is administered through payroll deduction up to the annual maximum allowed by the IRS.
