Methodology
ConceptSolutions adheres to CMMI Level 2 processes for the foundation of its methodology. CMMI fosters process and product improvement, reduces redundancy, eliminates inconsistency, and reduces unnecessary costs. ConceptSolutions is currently preparing for a CMMI Level 2 assessment (SCAMPI).
In addition, ConceptSolutions follows its own five-stage methodology for developing reliable innovative solutions for clients. This is the result of extensive project experience and ensures quality service for all our clients. The ConceptSolutions methodology is tailored to meet each client’s particular needs and to support each of our service lines, which span the strategic, technical and creative disciplines. We use the information gained by our successful client engagements to update and improve our processes.

Concept
In the Concept stage, our professionals work extensively with our client's senior business and technical personnel to explore the possible opportunities and impacts on the client's business. During the Concept stage, we quickly identify potential Solutions that can be developed to implement those strategies.
Define
In the Define stage, we continue to work closely with our client's business and technical personnel to further define one or more of the Solutions identified in the Concept stage. Alternatively, in some instances our clients will come to us with a specific Solution in mind. In those circumstances, our process begins with the Define stage. In either case, during this stage we define the user experience of the system using prototypes and identify the functionality to be implemented.
Design
In the Design stage, our professionals work closely with our client's technical personnel to define the technical environment that will support the client's business. This includes understanding the client's existing technology infrastructure in an effort to maximize its use and ensure that new applications are compatible with the client's existing infrastructure. At the end of the Define and Design stages, which may be undertaken concurrently, the client is presented with a blueprint of the Solution. Typically, we then construct the Solution at our ConceptSolution center or at the client's facilities.
Develop
During the Develop stage, the client's Solution is constructed and extensively tested. This process consists of a series of planned iterations during which the Solution blueprint is developed and refined. Upon completion of numerous iterations, the system goes through a final system test to ensure that the developed Solution meets the requirements of the client that were identified in the Define stage. The result of the Develop stage is a complete business computing platform that meets the client's specifications and will serve as a platform for continued evolution of the client's business.
Solution
During the Solution stage, we implement the Solution and may transition the ongoing operation, maintenance and support of the Solution to the client. Delivering the Solution typically entails installation of hardware and software systems, managing business process changes, educating system users and implementing a support structure for the client.
